These words by the American theologian and philosopher Reinhold Niebuhr apply well to the work of a law firm. We see it as our task to change things and reach goals for our clients wherever this is within our joint reach.
At the same time, we want to keep our clients from getting caught up in matters with little or no prospect of success. For us, this means we will not push our clients into hopeless proceedings. Securing the business is the main task of every small and medium-sized company that has taken the step into self-employment. This is an ongoing task and challenge, and it also means recognising a looming business crisis early and averting possible dangers when dealing with it.
EDUCATION
Every foundation for professional support is laid by training and further education. That is why the law firm Ahlbory, Garbe & Partner is also happy to engage in this personal maturing process. In addition to the specialisation of the partners by means of special specialist lawyer courses, the company pays special attention to the training of qualified employees.
Accordingly, our employees, Ms. Lana Gorelisvili, passed the tax consultant exam and Ms. Annganina Mangin successfully passed the training as Financial Accountant.
Lawyer and tax consultant Lars Ahlbory, LLM. (Brussels) is also a lecturer. At the Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss, he introduces prospective tax consultants to their professional law. He also teaches law there in the course “Head of Accounting”.
MULTILINGUALISM
The increasing number of international mandates requires language competence. In addition to German, English and French, there are also contacts for Dutch, Russian and Arabic for clients. This extraordinary constellation helps to avoid misunderstandings and to optimize the quality of advice for foreign-language clients.
SERVICE
Mobility is one of the service aspects of Ahlbory, Garbe & Partner. The law firm sees itself as a service provider in the best sense of the word. Here, consultation does not only take place in our own rooms, your contact persons are also available to you in your own home, if required, or accompany you to external appointments. We are happy to visit companies on site to get an impression of their work processes and to better understand your business. Of course, intensive support also includes personal and telephone availability as well as flexibility with regard to all appointments. By appointment, your contact person is also available for you at unusual times of the day, at weekends or on public holidays, both by telephone and in person.
